designing effective and attractive PowerPoint slides<\/li>\n<li>Principles of information management<\/li>\n<li>Digesting data and making it meaningful<\/li>\n<li>Presenting graphs and tables<\/li>\n<li>Principles of report writing \u2013 editing and enhancing others\u2019 reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><big>DAY 4<\/big>\u00a0&#8211; Managing &amp; Monitoring Budgets and Projects \/ Getting the Best from Office Technology<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>What goes wrong with projects?<\/li>\n<li>CPA and principles of project planning\/scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Using project planning software<\/li>\n<li>Budget management \u2013 allocating expenditure to budget headings<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring actual expenditure against budget \u2013 variance analysis<\/li>\n<li>Managing the office environment<\/li>\n<li>Getting the best from office technology<\/li>\n<li>Developing paperless systems<\/li>\n<li>Developing and using relational data-bases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><big>DAY 5<\/big>\u00a0&#8211;
