If you are unable to add a real picture of you or you do not want to do so, you can send the photo to us in order to add it in our archives and so that we can issue a membership card for you. Having your real photo with us helps us to verify your identity when you participate in the live courses that we hold and entitles you to obtain the certificate later
o You cannot delete your membership on your own, but you can send a request to us to delete it securely, you can at any time request to delete your membership from our website
Live broadcast courses
They are interactive courses that the lecturer provides face to face with the trainees through the Zoom application or one of the similar applications

o They are pre-recorded courses and uploaded on our website that may be paid or free

No recorded courses are not present on our website permanently, if you purchase one of the recorded courses you must watch them as soon as possible, we reserve the right to remove any recorded course uploaded on our website at any time as long as there are no pending requests on it

Yes, you will get a paper certificate of attendance and an electronic certificate of attendance within a training bag that contains the scientific material for the program preserved on a flash memory

Yes, you will get an electronic certificate of attendance only, and it may be free or with fees. If you want to obtain a paper certificate of attendance and a training bag, you must pay an additional fee that is specified for each client separately
Cancellation and refund
o You can always cancel the purchase of live paid training programs if more than 14 days are left to start the program, and you cannot do that if less than 14 days are left.
No, you cannot cancel the purchase of the paid recorded training programs. You must verify the program information before making the purchase
You must send an email to us stating the data of the program that you have purchased with a request for refund
No amount is deducted except for bank transaction fees
o The refund will take 21 working days
