Paid live seminars and training programs (live broadcast system)

  4. The live training programs are held on specific dates and hours indicated on the program page. Therefore, when purchasing any live training program, you must commit to these dates and times. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with these times and you are not entitled to claim any fees you paid due to non-compliance with the program’s contract times.
  5. You, as a client, do not have the right to cancel registration in any live training program if less than 14 days are left to start the live training program, and if you were not able to participate in the live training program for any reason, you reserve your right to participate in the same training program when it repeats at any later date

You, as a client, do not have the right to request a change of participation in a training program held in the live broadcast system to another training program if less than 14 days are left to start the program, and you must pay the participation fees again if you want to participate in another live training program

We have the right to cancel the registration of any member in any live training program that is held remotely, and we are obligated to return the fees to the same account from which the payment process was made within 21 working days of the cancellation process with deduction of fees for bank transactions only

We have the right to cancel the contract for any live training program, and we are responsible for returning the fees paid by the client within 21 working days from the date of cancellation to the same account from which the payment was made, with deducting the fees for banking transactions only

We have the right to change the date of any live training program as required by circumstances without providing reasons, and we are responsible for returning the participation fees to the same account from which the amount was paid within 21 working days with deducting the fees for bank transactions only if the client wants to refund the fees

Free seminars and training programs (live and recorded)
  1. Registration in free programs and seminars, whether recorded or live, is available to all registered members on our site, while we reserve the right to delete any membership without providing any reasons and without referring to you, the owner of the membership, as shown in our registration and membership policy
